Mediterranean Kabob Platter

Our recipe is below, but put whatever you want on that skewer. Just don’t forget to add a dollop (or four) of Cedar’s Tzatziki to the plate.

INGREDIENTS

  • Cedar’s Tzatziki
  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1.5 pounds of lean beef, cubed
  • 1 bottle of vinaigrette dressing
  • grape tomatoes
  • red onion
  • bell pepper
  • zucchini
  • yellow squash
  • salt and pepper
Serves 4 Total 30-60 Minutes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Marinate chicken and beef in dressing for at least an hour.
  2. Slice veggies and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Assemble kabobs alternating between veggies and meat.
  4. Grill on medium high heat for 5-8 minutes on each side.
  5. Serve with Cedar's Tzatziki and enjoy!
