Mediterranean Kabob Platter

Hey platter, platter!
Serves 4 Total 30-60 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • Cedar’s Tzatziki, any flavor
  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 1/2 pounds lean beef, cubed
  • 1 bottle of vinaigrette dressing
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Red onion
  • Bell pepper
  • Zucchini
  • Yellow squash
  • Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Marinate chicken and beef in dressing for at least an hour.
  2. Slice veggies and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Assemble kabobs, alternating between veggies and meat.
  4. Grill on medium high heat for 5-8 minutes on each side.
  5. Serve with Cedar’s Tzatziki (any flavor) and enjoy!
