Mediterranean Halloumi Salad

Simply radishing.
Serves 2 Total 15-29 Minutes


  • 1 10-oz container of Cedar’s Topped Organic Mediterranean Hommus
  • 8-oz package of halloumi 
  • 1 lemon
  • 6 oz tomatoes, chopped
  • 6 oz mixed greens
  • 1 small carrot
  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Slice halloumi into 1/2-inch slices.
  2. In an oiled pan on medium high heat, sear halloumi for 3 minutes on each side. Slice lemon in half and place cut side down in the hot pan while searing halloumi.
  3. Spread Cedar’s Topped Organic Mediterranean Hommus on a serving platter. Arrange greens, tomatoes, carrots and radishes on the hommus.
  4. Top with seared halloumi. Squeeze the juice of the charred lemon over the salad and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley.
