Labne Ice Cream

Let them eat Labne.
Serves 8 Total Over an Hour

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 oz Cedar’s Labne
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp of vanilla
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup of pistachios
  • Halvah (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Chill your ice cream maker bowl overnight.
  2. Add Cedar’s Labne, heavy cream, vanilla, pistachios, and honey to a mixing bowl and whisk together.
  3. Pour into ice cream maker per your machine’s instructions and churn for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Put ice cream into separate container and cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Freeze for a minimum of 6 hours.
  6. Serve with crumbled halvah if desired.
