Hommus-Crusted Chicken & Asparagus

So simple, you’ll even have time to a-SPARE-agus.
Serves 3 Total 30-60 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 10-oz container of Cedar’s Topped Organic Balsamic Caramelized Onion Hommus
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • Fresh parsley
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 425 °F.
  2. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts and asparagus on the pan and drizzle with olive oil. Spread a layer of Cedar's Topped Organic Balsamic Caramelized Onion Hommus over each chicken breast. Top with a slice of lemon and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
