Hommus-Crusted Chicken & Asparagus

INGREDIENTS
1 10-oz container of Cedar’s Topped Organic Balsamic Caramelized Onion Hommus
3 chicken breasts
1 bunch of asparagus
Fresh parsley
1 lemon, sliced
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
Heat oven to 425 °F.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Place the chicken breasts and asparagus on the pan and drizzle with olive oil. Spread a layer of Cedar's Topped Organic Balsamic Caramelized Onion Hommus over each chicken breast. Top with a slice of lemon and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
