Homemade Pretzel Bites

INGREDIENTS
1 10-oz container of Cedar’s Topped Organic Jalapeño Hommus
28-oz store-bought bag of beer dough
1 tablespoon coarse salt
⅓ cup baking soda
1 egg, beaten
DIRECTIONS
Heat oven to 400 °F.
Bring a large pot of water and baking soda to a boil.
Roll out dough and cut into strips, then cut again into 1-inch bite-sized pieces.
Boil small batches of pretzel bites for 30 seconds and remove with a slotted spoon.
Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and brush with a cracked egg.
Sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove from oven and serve with Cedar’s Pineapple Jalapeño Hommus.
