Grilled Shrimp & Artichoke Heart Skewers with Hommus

It’d be shellfish not to share.
Serves 4 Total 30-60 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • Cedar’s Topped Organic Hommus, any flavor
  • 1 can of marinated artichoke hearts
  • 24 frozen fresh shrimp, thawed
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parsley

DIRECTIONS

  1. Assemble skewers, alternating between shrimp and artichoke hearts. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill on medium high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. Serve with hommus and garnish with fresh parsley.
