Grilled Shrimp & Artichoke Heart Skewers with Hommus

INGREDIENTS
Cedar’s Topped Organic Hommus, any flavor
1 can of marinated artichoke hearts
24 frozen fresh shrimp, thawed
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Parsley
DIRECTIONS
Assemble skewers, alternating between shrimp and artichoke hearts. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill on medium high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side.
Serve with hommus and garnish with fresh parsley.
