Grilled Shrimp & Artichoke Heart Skewers with Hommus

  • 1 can marinated artichoke hearts
  • 24 frozen fresh shrimp, thawed
  • Cedar’s Topped Organic Hommus (any flavor!)
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley
Serves 4 Total 30-60 Minutes


  1. Assemble skewers alternating between shrimp and artichoke hearts. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill on medium high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. Serve with hommus and garnish with fresh parsley.
