Golden Roasted Cauliflower with Toum

Roasted cauliflower gets a garlicky kick with a dollop of Cedar's Toum for a bold, flavorful side.
Serves 4 Total 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tub Cedar's Toum, any flavor
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 
  • 1/2 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  2. Toss cauliflower with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. 
  3. Spread evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden-brown and tender. 
  4. Top with Cedar's Toum, and enjoy!
