Garlic Hommus Tostadas

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Cedar’s Garlic Hommus
2 corn tortillas
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1/4 cup olives, sliced
1 teaspoon Italian herbs
1 tablespoon olive oil
Juice from half a lemon
Sea salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Warm up tortillas in a skillet on medium heat.
  2. Spread with Cedar’s Garlic Hommus.
  3. Mix tomato, cucumber, olives, Italian herbs, olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spoon onto tortillas.
