Garden Baked Feta Dip

It doesn’t get any feta than this.
Serves 4 Total 40-45 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups Cedar’s Feta Dip
  • 1 cup cheddar, grated
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 3 ¼ oz extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, and oregano to taste.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 390 °F.
  2. Drizzle olive oil into dish, then add in feta dip and spread evenly in the tray.
  3. Sprinkle to your liking with oregano, ground black pepper, salt, and crushed red pepper.
  4. Top the feta dip with the chopped tomatoes and peppers.
  5. Spread grated yellow cheese on top of everything and bake for 30 minutes or until the crust becomes slightly brown
