Fatteh Salad Dip

Blending bold flavors is what a great Greek dish does. And this Fatteh fits the bill.


  • Cedar’s Organic Original Hommus
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¾ cup mixed nuts
  • ¼ cup dried apricot, finely chopped
  • pomegranate seeds
  • fresh parsley
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • pita bread
Serves 4 Total 15-29 Minutes


  1. Spoon Cedar’s Organic Original Hommus evenly onto a plate leaving an indentation in the middle to fill with yogurt mixture.
  2. Mix plain Greek yogurt with lemon juice and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Fill indentation with yogurt mixture.
  4. Toast mixed nuts in a dry pan on the stovetop on medium heat.
  5. Top hommus and yogurt with mixed nuts and apricots.​
  6. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and fresh parsley. Serve with warm pita bread.
