Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

One taste of this healthier take on classic Buffalo wings and you may never go back.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • Celery sticks
  • Carrot sticks
  • 12 oz Cedar's Cucumber Garlic Dill Tzatziki
Serves 2-4 Total 30-60 Minutes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Break cauliflower head into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  5. Remove cauliflower from the oven and toss with Buffalo sauce.
  6. Return cauliflower to the baking sheet and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  7. Serve with Cedar's Cucumber Garlic Dill Tzatziki and carrot and celery sticks.
