Berry Chocolate Mini Tarts

The ultimate sweet tooth satisfaction.
Serves 4-6 Total 30-60 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 8-oz container of Cedar’s Dark Chocolate Hommus
  • 4 oz pomegranate seeds
  • 1 quart strawberries
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 store-bought pie crust
  • Edible flower garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Roll out store-bought pie crust and use the bottom of a wide glass to cut circles of dough.
  2. Place the dough in mini tart pans and press the dough into place.
  3. Prick the bottom of the dough several times with a fork and follow the baking instructions on the dough packaging.
  4. After baking, remove the shells from the pans and let cool.
  5. Fill shells with Cedar's Dark Chocolate Hommus and top with fresh fruit, pomegranate seeds and flower garnish.
