Berry Chocolate Mini Tarts

Rich pastries aren’t known for their nourishing qualities. Except this one. One taste of this rich, creamy fruit tart and you’ll make the Dark Chocolate Hommus swap every time.

INGREDIENTS

Cedar’s Dark Chocolate Hommus
Pomegranate Seeds
Strawberries
Blueberries
Pie Crust
Edible Flower Garnish
Serves 4-6 Total 30-60 Minutes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Roll out store bought pie crust and use the bottom of a wide glass to cut circles of dough.
  2. Place the dough in mini tart pans, pressing the dough into place.
  3. Prick the bottom of the dough several times with a fork and follow the baking instructions on the dough packaging.
  4. After baking, remove the shells from the pans and let cool.
  5. Fill with Dark Chocolate Hommus and top with fresh fruit and flowers.
