Bacon & Artichoke Hot Dip

Serves 4-6
Total 30-60 Minutes
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Cedar’s Artichoke Spinach Hommus
3 garlic cloves
1 small white onion
½ cup Parmesan, shredded
1 14-oz can of artichoke hearts, drained and diced
6 slices prepared bacon, cut into bits
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
Parsley, chopped
Toast points for dipping
DIRECTIONS
Sauté garlic and onion.
In a bowl, mix cooked garlic and onion with Parmesan, artichoke hearts, bacon bits, Cedar's Artichoke Spinach Hommus and plain Greek yogurt.
Bake at 350 °F for 30-40 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley, for garnish.
Serve with toast points.
