Bacon & Artichoke Hot Dip

When in doubt, dip it out.
Serves 4-6 Total 30-60 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Cedar’s Artichoke Spinach Hommus
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 small white onion
  • ½ cup Parmesan, shredded
  • 1 14-oz can of artichoke hearts, drained and diced
  • 6 slices prepared bacon, cut into bits
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt 
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Toast points for dipping

DIRECTIONS

  1. Sauté garlic and onion.
  2. In a bowl, mix cooked garlic and onion with Parmesan, artichoke hearts, bacon bits, Cedar's Artichoke Spinach Hommus and plain Greek yogurt.
  3. Bake at 350 °F for 30-40 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, for garnish.
  5. Serve with toast points.
