Herby Corn on the Cob

Nothing says summer like corn on the cob. And this recipe takes it to another level.
Serves 4 Total 15-29 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Cedar’s Topped Organic Balsamic Caramelized Onion Hommus
4 ears of corn
4 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1⁄2 cup feta cheese
2 tablespoons fresh basil
2 tablespoons fresh oregano
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary

DIRECTIONS

  1. Brush corn with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Wrap in foil and grill for 5 minutes on each side over medium high heat. Remove from foil.
  3. Combine feta cheese and Cedar’s Topped Organic Balsamic Caramelized Onion Hommus and spoon over grilled corn.
  4. Top with fresh basil, oregano and rosemary.
