Pick up a rustic bread loaf or baguette at the bakery, slice and toast. Spread a liberal spoonful of
Cedar’s Pineapple Jalapeño Hommus onto your slices and top with fresh arugula and coconut bacon (thin slices of coconut cooked to resemble the taste and texture of real bacon)! For a final savory touch, sprinkle on your favorite cheese (we used Gorgonzola) and enjoy. Light, fresh and delish.
