- Established in the 1980’s, Cedar’s Mediterranean Foods is the first Mediterranean Foods manufacturer to self distribute Mediterranean Foods to consumers in the United States. Cedar’s has an in depth knowledge of the industry to provide American consumers with the flavor profiles and product trends they want.
- Cedar’s is one of the only Mediterranean Foods manufacturers still privately owned. Every product is made with a personal touch and made specifically for the consumer. Cedar’s has a distinct passion that is put into all of its products. This passion has been ignited for over 25 years.
- The Cedar’s Family originates from many parts of the Mediterranean. Distinct authenticity and expertise in Mediterranean foods is put into every product made at Cedar’s. Our aim is to stay true to our roots, and bring consumers tastes directly from the Mediterranean. If they can’t travel there, at least their taste buds can.
- Cedar’s is one of the only Hommus manufacturers to steam its own chick peas to ensure a more fresh, better tasting product.
- Cedar’s Baked Pita Chips are twice baked sans oil and grease, producing a healthy product above and beyond other “baked” pita chips.
- Cedar’s new yogurt dips are made with authentic Greek strained yogurt at its own plant in Greece, producing a low fat, more fresh product adhering to current food trends, such as the Mediterranean Diet.
