CEDAR' HOMMUS TAHINI DIP
INGREDIENTS: 3 cups chickpeas (cooked to tender or canned, drained and rinsed) - 1 tbsp fresh minced garlic - 1 cup Cedar's Tahini - 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice - 2 tbsp cold water - 1 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS: Puree the chickpeas and garlic in a food blender, add the tahini, lemon juice, cold water and salt. Puree another minute or two until the mixture become very smooth. To serve: Place the hommus on a plate, make an well in the center of the hommus and pour in olive oil, sprinkle paprika and parsley across the hommus. Serve with Cedar's Pita bread.
