Spicy Sweet Potato Fries

Because, fries. And because everyone needs a little spice in their life. Try them as a side, snack or appetizer!


  • 1 10-oz container of Cedar's Topped Organic Jalapeño Hommus
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika, smoked
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper
Serves 2 Total 30-60 Minutes


  1. Heat oven to 400 F.
  2. Peel and slice sweet potatoes into fries.
  3. Toss in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika.
  4. Bake on a sheet for about 30 minutes, until crispy.
  5. Garnish with cilantro.
  6. Serve with Cedar's Topped Organic Jalapeño Hommus for dipping.
