Hommus-Crusted Chicken & Asparagus

Fresh, flavorful and easy to make, this chicken and asparagus dinner recipe is the epitome of harmony and happiness.

INGREDIENTS

  • Cedar’s Organic Balsamic Caramelized Onion Hommus with Toppings
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • Fresh parsley
  • 1 lemon
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
Serves 3 Total 30-60 Minutes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts and asparagus on the pan and drizzle with olive oil. Spread a layer of hommus over each chicken breast. Top with a slice of lemon and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
