Bacon and Artichoke Hot Dip

With a perfect savory storm of cheese, bacon and hommus, you may just want to mix up a few extra batches of this appetizer to feed your hungry friends. JIC.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 small white onion
  • ½ cup Parmesan, shredded
  • One 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and diced
  • 6 slices prepared bacon, cut into bits
  • 1 cup Cedar’s Organic Original Hommus
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt 
  • Parsley
  • Toast points for dipping
Serves 4-6 Total 30-60 Minutes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Sauté garlic and onion.
  2. In a bowl, mix cooked garlic and onion with Parmesan, diced artichoke hearts, bacon bits, Cedar's Organic Original Hommus, and plain Greek yogurt.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
  4. Serve with toast points.
